Entering into a contract

The images of the range in the online shop are intended as an illustration and do not constitute binding offers for sale. By completing the order process by clicking on the “Buy” button the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The customer thereupon receives an automated confirmation of receipt of order by e-mail (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract with Binkymart is only concluded when Binkymart sends the ordered product to the customer and the shipping to the customer is seen in the ‘My Account’ section (shipping confirmation).


All prices contain the statutory GST and other price elements, and are to be understood plus shipping costs that may apply.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched normally within 48 hours of receipt and our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery time will vary depending upon your distance from the Courier’s Hub, but a typical delivery will reach the recipient within 5-7 working days. Customised products will take more time to complete as compared to the aforementioned orders. Binkymart will provide the customer with tentative delivery schedule before accepting any customised order.

In the event that Binkymart is unable to deliver the ordered product because Binkymart itself is not supplied by its own suppliers, without culpability on the part of Binkymart, Binkymart may withdraw from the contract. In such a case, Binkymart shall inform the customer without delay and propose a comparable product. If a comparable product is not available, or if the customer does not wish to have that product delivered, Binkymart shall, without delay, reimburse payments made by the customer.

In the event that supplied products are damaged or wrong, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily exchange a damaged or wrong item that has been shipped out. We will bear the shipping cost for damaged or wrong products shipped that need to be exchanged.

Right of withdrawal by the Customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, Binkymart reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For the customer to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time of the placement of the order. Binkymart will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Binkymart has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

Binkymart is always there to help you in all situations where you did not like the product, or it was damaged when received (rare case) or you need different color/size in exchange etc. Please see the policy in this respect below:

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND in cases where damaged product is received by Customer

Binkymart ensures strict quality checks and cross-checking before dispatching the products. So, chances of receiving a damaged product will be rare. However, still if you receive a damaged product, then the you should inform Binkymart via customer care email/Phone no about the damaged product within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product.

Binkymart will arrange the return pickup of the defective order (on Binkymart’s own cost) and send a fresh order without any additional shipping cost to the customer. The customer can also cancel the order and apply for refund in case he/she does not need the replacement product (but refund will be initiated after the pick up of product by courier and receipt of the damaged product back to Binkymart)

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND in cases where customer does not like the product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer needs to send the product back on own expense to Binkymart (via any courier or other medium). After Binkymart receives the product back, after checking it, Binkymart will initiate a refund. If the customer wants replacement of size, color etc, then Binkymart will dispatch the replacement product but that replacement product’s shipping will be extra.


You may cancel any order on website before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may call/email us at the customer care to initiate cancellation.

If the order is already dispatched and you want to cancel it, then, unfortunately, Binkymart will need to bear double shipping – the courier will charge Binkymart the cost of shipping to the destination (or midway wherever the product has reached) and the cost of return shipment back to Binkymart premises). So, Binkymart will initiate a refund but will deduct double shipping.

If the order is not yet dispatched, no deduction for shipping will be there and the customer will get full refund. However, if the payment gateway will charge a nominal amount from Binkymart, then that nominal amount will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for refund in bank of the customer.
